1. Booking and Appointments
All services are by appointment unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice given where possible.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Quotations are provided as estimates based on the condition and information available at the time. Any additional work required will be discussed and agreed before proceeding. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements are made. We accept card payments and bank transfer. Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.
4. Warranty and Workmanship
We take pride in our work. Parts fitted are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a charge, particularly if parts or workshop time have been specifically reserved.
6. Customer Property and Liability
While your vehicle is in our care, it is covered under our insurance policy. However, we are not liable for personal items left inside vehicles. Please remove valuables prior to drop-off.
7. Data Protection
Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
8. Governing Law
All services and terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
